On the 10th of January, we will have a workshop & lunch in a vegetarian restaurant, Sun & Moon, specializing in ecological way of food production. The owner will do a presentation on a Bulgarian variety of wheat. There may be representatives of the farming community, that is why we ask you to bring something of your local agriculture. Then we might do an exchange of seeds and information. Please bring with you sort or sorts of local seeds - it may be local wheat or vegetable seeds, or fruit.

The travel cost, the cost of accommodation and meals will be covered from the budget of each institution. Approximate prices: Travel costs and guided tour in Rila monastery 25 euro per person
