In response to your question at last weeks staff meeting about moving from a six -day operation to a seven-day operation, we have done an analysis to determine the impact of running the plant on Sunday. We currently pay time-and-a-half (50% higher wages) on Saturday. With the current labor market, we would have to pay double the usual wage ($27/hour) on Sundays to avoid losing our most experienced workers.
