Businesses use multimedia for marketing, training, and presentations to inform, motivate, persuade, sell, teach, and train while enhancing communication and appeal. New dimensions include webzines, online books, music, games, news, social interaction, and purchases. Multimedia will continue growing as hardware and software innovations emerge.
