Students will be able to engage in the topic of relationships with a focus on the differences between what men find important and what women find important. They will acquire several new vocabulary items in context, and be better equipped to use them passively or actively in the future. Additionally, SS will review question forms, and will remember that questions can be made in many different tenses. T welcomes the SS back and briefly outlines the course. Quick game of drawing famous people. Elicit which words we commonly use to form questions. Elicit which tenses we can ask questions in. Then SS write interview questions for a famous person in groups. Elicit some answers

SS interview other SS who take the role of a famous person. Open class activity. T tells SS about internet sites in the U.K to find friends and future partners. Ask SS what they think men look for in friends, partners, and the same for women. (list) SS read the snap shot and then discuss as a class. SS discuss questions in pairs. SS listen to the conversation. Ask what Kims problem is. Ask what type of guys she likes. Ask what Chris suggests. - Ask How Kim will meet Chris friend. Ask what type of guys Kim likes. SB P2
