    Vodafone Corporate Offer for L&T Group

    We are pleased to announce a special Corporate Offer negotiated with Vodafone for
    L&T employees on pan-India basis. The details of the scheme are as per the
    attached Annexure.

    For the benefit of Powai based employees who wish to avail this offer, Vodafone will
    operate counters at Powai West and East Canteens as per following schedule:

    14th to 30th September 2009 between 11.30 a.m. and 02.00 p.m.

    Employees are requested to take advantage of this special offer.
