Manga Making Contest NAME: CONTACT INFORMATION (Email/Cellphone Number): Terms and Regulation THE THEME FOR THE FIRST TAC Manga Making Contest is: THE PHILIPPINE FAN (The Hobbyist or the Otaku.) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The contest is open to all amateur manga makers and artist. You may join individually or as a group of 2-4 members. Each entry shall consist of 15-20 pages. The entry must a one-shot, with the story concluded with no cliffhangers. Registration fee for all contestants shall be P 250.00. Please do keep nudity and sexual themes to a bare minimum, use of such themes without any content or in bad taste is not allowed. Judging is as follows: a. Story = 30% b. Art = 30% c. Adherence to theme = 20% d. Originality = 10% e. Likability (based on the appeal of the story to the people who read it) = 10% Judges decision is final and irrevocable. The TAC Culture Convention staff is not liable for any stolen work or those take any sides with each competitors works. In case such events do occur, the committee will do its utmost best to exercise judgement and give out disqualifications. Publication rights of the submitted works shall belong to Light Crystal Publishing House upon submission for the purposes of the competition. The submitted works must be an original creation of the person submitting the work and must not infringe the rights of any third party. The applicant shall indemnify Light Crystal Publishing House and the organizers of Toys, Anime and Comic Culture Convention against any damages that may incur by these matters not being adhered to.
