2009 NDSU Club Calf Sale Entry Form

Please fill out the following information as complete as you can and
note that the sheet is two-sided. Feel free to email in your
information if that is more convenient and/or if you would like to add
a picture to the sale catalog. We are encouraging all consigners to
try to picture their calves for either the sale catalog or our website.
Please enclose your $75 entry free for each animal you register.
Entries may be post-marked no later than Friday, September 5th, but
remember we are only taking the first 45 head entered. If you have

When we receive your entries, we will contact you to confirm your

consignments and notify you of additional sale information. We look
forward to working with you this year!
