ESP Pumps Overview

Description
Centrilift leads the industry in centrifugal pump research and application design for harsh well environments including: high GOR and high viscosity fluids, abrasives, corrosives and high temperatures. Centrilift manufactures radial flow stages, mixed flow stages and multiple severe service configurations to meet the demands of any well conditions. Centrilift patented abrasion resistant pump designs provide cost-effective solutions for a wide range of abrasive fluid production. Stage design is the heart of a submersible pump. Centrilift combines a wealth of engineering experience with cutting-edge computer design and extensive testing to provide a constantly evolving line of ESPs. This commitment results in tougher pumps for longer run life as well as more efficient designs that lower lifting costs. For wells where high levels of gas present a problem, the pump is the answer. Its unique patented vane design effectively handles fluids with higher contents of free gas, prevents gas locking and maximizes lift compared to conventional ESP systems. MVP pumps can be installed independently or as charge pumps for a standard ESP pump or in conjunction with a gas separator to produce wells with over 90% free gas. Centrilift's multistage centrifugal pumps are designed to lift a full range of volumes with low operating costs and low initial investments. Each pump stage consists of an impeller keyed to the drive shaft and a companion diffuser bowl that directs the flow of the fluid. The impellers and diffusers are made of a corrosion resistant material to prolong useful life. The drive shafts are made of alloys to afford both mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion. The 400 and 538 series comprise the Best-in-Class Centurion pump line. These pumps feature a revolutionary pump stage design that produces more head than any other stage in the industry. In equal conditions, the highly efficient Centurion pumps produce a given amount of fluid with fewer stages, shorter pumps and, in some cases, less horsepower than any other pump of its kind. Features and Benefits

All Centrilift pumps use state-of-the-art materials to mitigate the destructive effects of harsh environments Each pump component is submitted to a rigorous quality procedure before assembly and is then tested to document performance A broad family of patented abrasion resistant pump designs extends run lives in abrasive well conditions
