QUESTIONS a) whether government is providing adequate financial assistance for the Rural Development Schemes like national Housing Scheme and Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology if so, the details of funds allocated Disbursed and utilized so far during the last 6 years particularly in Tamil Nadu under the said Schemes; and the proposals received by government along with the financial requirements from the respective State Governments in extending these two major schemes in the country?
