Dear Nazarene Leader:

It has been nearly two months since our historical 27th General Assembly in Orlando,
Florida, USA. A million hours of prayer leading up to our time together made it possible for
the ever-growing Nazarene family to experience the reality of God’s presence both on site
and on line.

This time of celebration, worship, and plenary sessions launched the Church of the Nazarene
into our second century as a holiness and Great Commission church with a mission to make
Christlike disciples in the nations.

As part of the Board of General Superintendents’ effort to improve our communication with
the denomination, and as a follow-up to our time together, click here for a link to the
Quadrennial Address given on Monday, 29 June 2009. Because we see numerous changes
underway in many areas of the church, our Board believes it is important to have this official
presentation of the past, the present, and the vision for the future of the Church of the Nazarene
available to our people around the world.

Some on the distribution list will be receiving translated versions of the Quadrennial Address
from Global Nazarene Publications. The general superintendents are asking you to forward
this e-mail message, including the link, to your e-mail contacts and consider posting the
Quadrennial Address on websites wherever possible.

We received considerable feedback during General Assembly but would like to hear from
