Rudra from Sri Padma Puranam, Srishti Khanda, and Chapter 31 titled Shivaduti Charitam.
The brief Phalashruti mentions that one who chants accrues benefits such as progeny, wealth,
cows, destroyal of all sins, reinstatement of lost kingdom, freedom from fears such as fire,
theft, etc.
