Outline the steps in the derivation of the expression for the capacitance of an arrangement of two conductors. A circular plate capacitor of radius 10 cm is charged such that the electric field between the plates varies as V/M, find the displacement current. Derive relative permittivity expression from the concept of polarization of dielectric materials. Assume the region between two parallel plates is filled with a dielectric of relative permittivity and separated by 5 mm is applied a voltage of 5 KV. Find the electric field and the polarization of dielectric between the plates. Find the magnetic field due to a circular loop carrying current I at a distant point from the loop. Find the flux density at a point due to a long filamentary conductor carrying a current of 20 Amps in z direction. Find the energy stored in the field in establishing a current of I amps in a toroid of n turns. For the magnetic field given find the current distribution that produces it in cylindrical coordinates

Through Faradays law explain the concept of inductance and hence derive an expression for self inductance of solenoid. Find the energy stored in the field in establishing a current of amps in a inner conductor and in the outer conductor of a coaxial conductor.
