REQUEST FOR ALLOWING UP-GRADATION BPS-18

Honorable Sir,
With due respect, I beg to submit the following few lines for your kind
consideration and sympathetic action please.
1. I request for anomaly as my junior colleagues are drawing as more pay than
me but Dy.Manager Accounts advised that this is the case of up-gradation
(F/A).

2. That while I was working as Junior Engineer under Chief Engineer, TPS,
Muzaffargarh, I

3. That I was promoted as Sr.Engineer vide Chief Executive GENCO-III, TPS,

M.Garh office order
No.________________________________________________ and I
reported for duty on ______________________.

4. That Mr.Jamail Nasir Almani was promoted as Sr.Engineer vide GM(Admn)

Wapda Lahore office order No.__________ dt: _________ and he reported
for duty on ______________ i.e. after one year of my promotion as
Sr.Engineer.

5. In the same way all the Jr.Engineer who were promoted vide
_______________________________________ and vide
______________________ and _____________________ are drawing more
pay than me as they were upgrated in ________. Copies of promotion order
and salary slips of some Engineers as an example are attached.

6. Now authority has allowed up-gradation and promotion from BPS-17 to BPS18 at company level.

Keeping in view of the position explained on the foregoing paras, it is humbly

requested that I may kindly be allowed up-gradation from BPS-17 to BPS-18
as well as performa promotion as Sr.Engineer from back date i.e. my
Jr.Engineer colleagues were allowed up-gradation as well as promotion
according to provision contained in Wapda revised deputation policy and
authoritys orders issued from time to time and oblige.
