NWT Immunization Competency Exam Faq
3. Is there a certificate for the exam, and how do I obtain it? After you have successfully completed the module and have had 3 satisfactory supervised immunization experiences, notify your designated regional nurse. You will be given a certificate recognizing your new or continued competence in immunization. 4. How often do I have to renew my immunization competence certificate? Your certification of immunization competence must be renewed every three years. 5. What resources can I use? Feel free to use any Canadian resource: books, journals, colleagues, to assist you in completing the module. It is recommended that you refer to the most current edition of the Canadian Immunization Guide. 6. Can I save and restart the exam? Yes, you do not have to complete the exam all at once. To save the exam, finish the question that you are currently on and click on the next button. When the next question appears, click on the close button. To go back to your exam, you will need to enter your username and password. Choose Resume Quiz if you would like to continue or Begin New Quiz if you would like to restart the exam. 7. Where can I get more information/help about the exam? A Study and Completion Guide is available when you sign online for the exam and can answer most of your concerns.
