MICROSOFT WORD: CREATING COLUMN, TABLE COLUMNS: INTRODUCTION, FORMATING COLUMN HEADER AND FOOTER FOOT NOTE CREATE

TABLE INSERT COLUMN AND ROW MERGING CELLS

INTRODUCTION A column represents an attribute, or piece of metadata, that the user wants to manage for the items in the list or content type to which they added the column.

HEADER

First step is point the mouse at top of paper, and that double click After that header will show

Second step after the header show we now can already type what kind of title we want Lastly after done type the title, click close button

FOOTER

To do the footer is same you want to do the header. First double click at bottom paper. After that footer will show an you can type the title you want. Lastly after finish all you can close the footer by click at close red button

FOOT NOTE

Foot Note it use to put references for where the get the note. How to get foot note first is go to button references at tool bar after that go to foot note or you can use shortcut key CTRL + ALT + D

CREATE TABLE

Table in word use to make a schedule, or list of item and more How to get table in Microsoft word. First go to insert button. Second go to table, and you can select how many row you want Lastly you already have the table

INSERT COLUMN

First step to insert column is highlight how many column and right click. Second step is after right click go to insert. Last step select left or right insert column you want

INSERT ROW

First step to insert row is highlight how many row and right click. Second step is after right click go to insert. Last step select above or below insert column you want

MERGING CELLS

First step to insert row is highlight how many row you want Second step is after go to table tools and go to layout. Last step select merge cells and you will get the result
