Arthur and Tumer reached an agreement about production of Turner's electronic ‘media to the court-appointed special master for examination and analysis. The Court issued an Order pursuant to that agreement on August 14, 2009. Due to an oversight by the parties, however, that order did not include a provision for the reproduction of electronic communications "about" listed persons and entities in part 3 of Plaintiff's First Request for Production of Documents. Arthur and Turner therefore seek an Addendum. to the previous order to cure that oversight.
