Say words with sounds /s/ e.g. Sun, swing, see saw, slide, spoon, snake, nest, six d. Pupils tick the correct pictures. e. Pupils match the pictures to the correct words.

Why Pupils can identify and remember the words they have learnt. Pupils can recall the pictures they have learnt.
