PEOPLE UNDER PRESSURE

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

WE, the several undersigned subscribers, are desirous of being formed into a
partnership of ten (10) partnering members and up to one thousand (1000) associate
members. The main objective of this partnership is to be profitable, however, we also agree
to work together toward the mutual benefits of our partners and associate members in every
possible manner; to promote and aid their sustainable development and success as well as
increase their opportunities in all manner.
We also agree to authorize deductions of five Belize dollars monthly from our current
employers or to make such payment in the case of being unemployed, towards the start-up of
our partnership and to assist in any way to the contribution of assets and resources for our
mutual interests and benefits.
There shall be a president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer elected from
amongst the ten partners or appointed by the president with the backing votes of the majority
by resolution.
The first meeting shall be held on Sunday the 30 th January at exactly 10 a. m. at a
venue to be decided amongst the partners themselves.
