AGREEMENT

This agreement is executed between: M/S. U.P. Pharma and Surgicals, AND Meditech Pvt. Ltd. Sole proprietor hereby know as Super Stockiest cum Distributor for the region of State of Andhra Pradesh. Meditech Pvt. Ltd. manufacturer and supplier of medicine hereby will so be known as Principles. With following terms/condition and understanding: 1. The Principle hereby appoints Super Stockiest cum Distributor to stock and market/distribute Aminosac for the said region by utilizing and appointing executives and sub distributors which is the responsibility of the Super Stockiest cum Distributor. 2. The Principle will not appoint any other stockiest/super stockiest/distributor for the said region and will also not get into direct sales. 3. Any inquiry received will be forwarded to the local Super Stockiest cum Distributor for follow-up and action. 4. The Super Stockiest cum Distributor also affirms that it will not enter into an agreement with competition for any similar product. 5. A minimum stock level will be maintained by the Super Stockiest cum Distributor to meet the demand and supply situation as and when required. 6. Performance will depend on maintaining the quality standing and price factor which is the sole responsibility of the Principle.
