We as a group chose the song Deadly Serious as we liked the actual beat of the song. It gave us the impression of a UK street/urban song which could easily be represented using certain conventions.

What we think the song is about?

It s a UK male rapper talking about his rapping and growing up in London trying to make a living from what he does. He makes many references to London, and names landmarks such as Big Ben.

What will the video be like

Our idea is to film the whole of the music video at night time throughout London and local areas, showing representations of different parts of the artists life in London. We are using music videos such as London CityDevlin and Jus a Rascal- Dizzee Rascal as influences.
