Band of Brothers Viewing in JC Cinema on Monday, Sept. 28 _____

Check in at 1:30PM and leave at 2:30PM = 1 ALD hour

Panel discussion with WWII veterans in Harris Theater on Monday, Sept. 28 _____
Check in at 6:30 and leave no later than 7:30PM = 1 ALD hour
Hand out programs; help with seating

If you would like to be one of programmers please select from the following. Note that these positions will
require a larger commitment. Those interested in these positions should contact me directly by Friday,
September 11. (These positions are not associated with ALD credit.)

Marketing Chair _______ Marketing Assistant ________

The Marketing Chair and Marketing Assistant would coordinate the volunteers, organize the poster
hangings, attend the marketing distribution events, and work directly with the Chairwoman of the Never
Forget program.

Event Coordinator for Band of Brothers ________ Event Coordinator for Panel ______

The Volunteer Coordinators will coordinate the volunteers, attend the entirety of the event, and work
directly with the Chairwoman. The Event Programmers will be expected to be present for the initial setup
for the event (at least half an hour before the start time), assist in setting up each venue, work with Event
Productions and other universities services, and assist the Chairwoman.
