Sarson ka saag
Ingredients

250 grams Spinach, washed and finely chopped 250 grams Mustard greens (sarson), washed and finely chopped 2 Green chillies 1 tbsp Ginger grated/paste 1 tbsp Garlic grated/paste To taste Salt 2 to 3 tbsps Ghee 1 Large onion finely chopped 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Garam masala Juice of half a lemon Lemon juice 1 tbsp Gram flour/ maize flour

Directions

1Mix the greens, green chilies and salt, and boil in 1 cup of water till cooked. 2. 2Mash this mixture well to make a coarse paste

3In a pan, fry the finely chopped onions in ghee until they turn pale a shade
of gold.

4Add all the remaining ingredients and fry till the ghee separates from the
masala.

5Add the greens mixture and mix well. Mustard green isloaded with a range
of nutrients including vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E and K), folate, magnesium, calcium iron, phosphorus, potassium, protein, iron.

6Garnish with a dollop of butter (optional) and serve with makki (maize)
roti. Mushroom green also has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties which can protect you against heart disease, cancer and a host of other ailments.
On 09 Jan 14, when my rep approached the Agra branch of your bank for a routine stmt, he was made to wait for 3 hrs. I called my rep & asked him to put the person handling the case online. It was Ms. RAMA, who refused to take the call. She was rude & loud and I could hear her through the phone. On repeated requests, she came up & started yelling that she shall be of no help & I should speak to the manager. Even before I could react, she rudely hung up on the call. Since this forum has little space to narrate the entire incident, I've just given a brief. Though, I've mentioned this to Manager Mr. Arun, I still request your esteemed bank to look in to the attitude & work ethics of Ms. Rama and provide me the feedback on any definitive action/counselling taken against her.
