PROJECT DESCRIPTI ON 1.6 1.7 Goal Statement Description and or Background To construct a community Centre with the following dimensions 65ft in Length and 40 Feet in width The community center Passive Voice (consider revising) to serve the social and educational needs of the community. Road North Eastern Settlement is a community that has 75% of its population between the ages of 12 thru 35. There is a need for a centralized location where adult training programs, community events, home work/computer center and private functions Passive Voice (consider revising). The villagers are in dire need of such a facility. The Community Development Corporation has identified the community of Road North Eastern Settlement as an at risk community since there have been an increase in crime and lawlessness with the youths of this community. It has been acknowledged that there are no training or recreational facilities available for the youths to be able to receive life training skills.

With two internal rooms one being 12*12 and the other being 10*12 Toilet facilities being 8*5 plastered tiled lighted with accommodation for male and female users Kitchen Tiled furnished a stove a Refrigerator, Microwave The auditorium being 61*30-With raised platform Paved parking for 10 cars Landscaping should be Start Date: February 1, 2013 End Date: June 30, 2013 Progress reports will be prepared on the first Friday of every month Status reports will be prepared every month
