I, Dr A Kaladhar Reddy, am working as a full time Professor in the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in the SVS College

of Dental Sciences, Mahabubnagar AP. As academics has always been my priority, it has been my wish to work in an educational institution to improve my clinical knowledge and acumen. I have been fortunate in this regard by working in a teaching hospital which has helped me in broadening my horizons particularly as a clinician. Being in the present institution for a considerable amount of time, I have involved myself into post-graduate teaching too and have had the honour of having my work published in esteemed journals. I have also had the opportunity for some time to work as an administrator in the present institution which has helped me considerably to connect with both the students as well as the faculty in the present institution. It has been my personal opinion that working for the DCI might present me with an opportunity to visit other academic institutions and interact with my peers both within and outside my specialty giving me valuable insights on how an Institution or a Department can be developed. Thus I kindly request you to kindly consider me for the post of DCI inspector and do the needful.
