Menimbang:

MEMUTUSKAN: Menetapkan: PERATURAN PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA TENTANG DAFTAR BIDANG USAHA YANG TERTUTUP DAN BIDANG USAHA YANG TERBUKA DENGAN PERSYARATAN DI BIDANG PENANAMAN MODAL. Pasal 1 To issue:

Pasal 7 Ketentuan Peraturan Presiden ini tidak mengurangi kewajiban penanam modal untuk mematuhi ketentuan-ketentuan dan syarat-syarat untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha yang dikeluarkan oleh: a. Article 7 The Provisions of this Regulation of the President shall not detract from the obligations of investors to observe the provisions and requirements to perform business activities that are issued by:

Pasal 10 Pada saat Peraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku, peraturan pelaksanaan dari Peraturan Presiden Nomor 77 Tahun 2007 tentang Daftar Bidang Usaha yang Tertutup dan Bidang Usaha yang Terbuka dengan Persyaratan di Bidang Penanaman Modal sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 111 Tahun 2007, dinyatakan tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak bertentangan dan belum diatur dengan yang baru berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden ini. Pasal 11 Dengan berlakunya Peraturan Presiden ini, Peraturan Presiden Nomor 77 Tahun 2007 tentang Daftar Bidang Usaha yang Tertutup dan Bidang Usaha yang Terbuka dengan Persyaratan di Bidang Penanaman Modal sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 111 Tahun 2007, dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.

Article 2 of this Regulation of the President shall not apply to investments that have been approved with respect to specified business fields prior to the issuance of this Regulation of the President, as stated in the Approval, unless such provisions are of more benefit to the relevant investments. Article 9 At the time this Regulation of the President comes into effect, laws and regulations inferior to this Regulation of the President shall remain valid to the extent not against this Regulation of the President. Article 10 At the time this Regulation of the President comes into effect, ancillary regulations to Regulation of the President Number 77 of 2007 concerning Lists of Business Fields That Are Closed to Investments and Business Fields That Are Conditionally Open for Investments, as amended by Regulation of the President Number 111 of 2007 are declared to remain in effect to the extent not against and not having been replaced by new regulations under this Regulation of the President. Article 11 Upon this Regulation of the President coming into effect, Regulation of the President Number 77 of 2007 concerning Lists of Business Fields That Are Closed to Investments and Business Fields That Are Conditionally Open for Investments, as amended by Regulation of the President Number 111 of 2007 is revoked and declared to no longer be in effect. Article 12
