The Delhi High Court Wednesday will hear an PIL against Delhi Chief Minister Arv ind Kejriwal alleging he had "suppressed the actual figures of property owned by him". The PIL filed by NGO Maulik Bharat Trust said that in an affidavit filed before the Election Commission (EC), Kejriwal had not disclosed the actual amount of hi s property "to ensure he is not perceived as someone who possesses crores of rup ees". The PIL will come up for hearing before a division bench of Chief Justice N.V. R amana and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw. It claimed that Kejriwal conducted "blatan t illegalities" in the affidavit by hiding his "correct socio-economic stature".
