How to make it:

Thinly slice pumpkin & sweet potato.

Place in sandwich press until soft.

Place a teaspoon of baked beans on pita bread.

Grate the cheese.

Place pumpkin & sweet potato slices on bread. Top with cheese & spinach.

Fold pita bread to make pocket.

Place in sandwich press & close. Cook until outside is crunchy & filling is hot.
