Re: Longhill Children’s Centre, Hull

Gammond Evans worked with Hobson & Porter to deliver Longhill Children’s Centre for Hull City
Council. The project involved the construction of a new Surestart centre with child care facilities,
offices, meeting rooms, adult training facilties, external play areas and parking. The project was
completed in September 2006 on time and budget, with a high standard of quality finish.

This practice has worked with Hobson & Porter for over twenty years, with projects
covering all areas of construction - residential, commercial, industrial and educational - and ranging
in construction value from £100,000 up to £2,000,000

As a main contractor their level of commitment to all projects is always extremely high, their
compliance with contractual obligations, quality of work and ease of settlement of final accounts
always excellent.
