AN ACT Adding Title XI, Amending By-law 150.01, and Amending the Table of Contents.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. The By-laws shall be amended to read:

Title XI–ASWSUV Mission Statement
1100.00 ASWSUV Mission Statement
1100.01 ASWSUV’s mission is to provide to the students of Washington State University
Vancouver a unique student life experience through advocacy, leadership, and activities. (8-29-
09)

Sec. 2. By-law 150.01 shall be amended to read:

150.01 XI Mission Statement 1100.00-1199.99

Sec. 3. The Table of Contents shall be amended to read:

Title XI–Mission Statement
1100.00 ASWSUV Mission Statement

STATEMENT OF FACT:
This statement was created at the 2009 ASWSUV summer retreat. As a lasting legacy, the
date has been added. This will also encourage subsequent Student Governments to carry out the
mission that we have set forth. Sections 2 and 3 will amend the Table of Contents.
