THEORY

Hand Tools A hand tool is any device that does not have the power of a powerful tool in the hands (manual labor) and not enjin.Beberapa example hand tools such as hammers, spana, pliers, screwdriver, and chisel. The hand tools are generally less harmful than using power tools.

Safety Procedure

-Comply with regulations prescribed wear for safety. -Make sure your hands are dry when the electricity switched on. -Ensure that the workshop is not greasy -Concerned about the warning signs and danger zones. -Reading the manual machine carefully. -The workplace must be kept clean of any leftover pieces of work such as iron and oil to prevent accidents caused by the substance.

During -Not joking or playing when operating machinery -Be careful when handling tools and machines emergency switch-off in case of accident -Listen every direction by lecturers -Notify the lecturer in case of breakdown or accident. After -Easy burning materials, material weight and length as well as toxic materials shall be stored in a safe and easily maintained. -Keep all equipment in the right place -Shut off all appliances that use electricity. -Workshops cleaned of residue waste either solid or liquid waste. -Close all doors and windows before leaving the workshop

CONCLUSION After 4 week in machinering workshop, the project is done.However, I get a new skill to get the accurate in measure clean and tidywork. We should know how to control the machine. And we always should have discipline and responsible in our work. If we dont have the discipline and responsible in this work maybe we will get an injured oran accident.
