Perform the following steps to view the service type related failure types report: 1. Click on a value in the High value subscribers column. The Affected subscribers for service type related failures report is displayed.

2 .Click on a value in the Failure% column. The Failure analysis report showing the failure details for network and subscriber for that particular MSISDN is displayed. Click on 2G/3G to view data corresponding to the 2G/3G service. Click on Both to view the consolidated data.
