All members were asked to think of events that they would like to hold as par t of the IEEE Day Event. 2. The main criteria for the event was mass-involvement of First Year students. 3. The following events were briefly discussed: i. Googling ii. B-Plan Mini + MAD Talks iii. Debating iv. Treasure Hunt v. Snakes and Ladders vi. Interface Design Competition vii. Photo Exhibition 4. On further discussion, it was decided that a treasure hunt would be managed c ompletely by the Second Year members. 5. Individual/Group tasks were assigned viz. Publicity, Competition-Framework de sign, Designing of posters, et al. 6. A separate sub-meeting was held among the Second Year students regarding the organisation of the Treasure Hunt. 7. Tarun, Vaibhav and Richa volunteered to handle the publicity of the treasure hunt. 8. Siddhant, Shubham, Tanmay, Umang, Gopal, Advait, Abhishek and Chetan voluntee red to design questions for the treasure hunt. 9. All members present in the sub-meeting discussed and decided a format for the treasure hunt. 10. It was decided that all members will bring a minimum of two questions each b y 2:30 pm on 22/9/2013. The structure of the Treasure Hunt will be drafted by Shubham Khedekar a nd mailed to the responsible persons by the night of 21/9/2013. The name for the Treasure Hunt is yet to be decided.
