    Displaced component placement. Addition of random error values in the coordinates (i.e. X, Y and Z) of the components. Unable to retain Fudicial positions after accepting the fudicials once. Reel hang problem in different Feeder types. [i.e. reel rotation hang] Sometimes machine choose to place one component twice even after a successful placement of the component once though a displaced one. Sometimes unable to pick components from the tray, even after a successful pick previously. Sudden Emergency stop detected error occurs during ongoing production. Z-axis error occurs after a sudden unavailability of Pressure but Machine doesnt reset its default Z-position itself even after a restart. Sometimes machine garbage good quality or undamaged components as well. After loading new board file and training of fudicials, machine camera doesnt align with the center of the components if checked using Teach-In Mode to verify the place position.
