The European Union together with the EU NAVFOR has its operational capacity building within the means

and capabilities. There was a mission separate from the EU that is envisioned to focus on regional capacity building. The Fund for the European Development allocates the humanitarian aid to Somalia. http://oceansbeyondpiracy.org/matrix/activity/european-union

UN (United Nations)- the U.N with its trust funds as a part of the fight against the maritime piracy of Somalia plans to support 5 of its project that aimed to assist the Somalia and its neighbouring country to prevent the Maritime Piracy of Somalia. These 5 projects are supported by the CGCPS. AMISOM- the contribution of the AMISOM is the goal of stabilizing peace in the Somalia and to help recognize the assistance that came from the Government Uganda and Burundi to Somalia. CGPCS- In 2010, these contact groups created a trust funds in order for them to support the initiatives in combating against Maritime Piracy off the Coast of Somalia. The main concern for this fund is to support the prosecution, detention and other activities of these suspected Somali Pirates. NATO- broadcast a message from English to Somali that encourages the people of Somali to avoid being a pirate and staying out of the piracy issue. This agenda has also had a lot of issue since the broadcasting can create a positive impact with a low expense/cost. The NATOs approach should go and work it directly to the chieftains or the village elders for an increase communication and cooperation.
