On 9/21/09, at about 11:30 p.m., a female was forced into a truck at knife point
by a lone suspect somewhere in the area of central downtown Bakersfield. The

A mid-90’s model, possibly a Ford truck,

stereo with a green illuminated clock protruding from the dash. Clothing items
and shoes were also seen both in the bed of the truck and behind the driver and
front passenger seats.

The suspect is described as a:

Hispanic Male 28-30 years old, 5-7, 170-180 pounds (“not slim but chunky”),
very short “crew-cut” style hair that has grown out some since being cut,
medium complexion.

He was wearing a short sleeve black t-shirt with a white designer logo of some
kind, black and white shorts extending below the knees with an unknown pattern.
The suspect has two large tattoos on his thighs; one thigh with the letter “E”in
thick a solid green block style letter, the other thigh had the letter “F” also in a
thick solid green block style letter.

The weapon used was described as a:

folding knife with an approximate five inch blade.

The investigation is on-going and more specific information regarding where the
offense originated will follow.
