1826 Restaurant & Lounge Testing Requirements

Performing assigned tasks efficiently and in accordance with established quality standards is mandatory. All Employees will be held accountable for testing performance and food/beverage menu knowledge: Severs/Bartender must score 90% or above Runners must score 80% or above Bussers/Barbacks must score 70% or above All employees will be given proper notice and descriptions prior to testing.
