On 9/21/09, at about 11:30 p.m., a female reported she was forced into a truck at
knife point by a lone suspect in the area of central downtown Bakersfield. The
victim reported she was driven to a local hotel in the 6800 block of South Union
Avenue, where she was sexually assaulted and robbed. This follow-up release
includes a computer generated composite of the suspect.

The suspect is described as a:

Hispanic Male 28-30 years old, 5-7, 170-180 pounds, very short “crew-cut” style
hair that has grown out some since being cut and is medium complexioned.
The suspect has a tattoo on one thigh of the letter “E” in solid green block
style lettering and the letter “F” in the same style and color on the other
thigh.

At the time the suspect was wearing a short sleeve black t-shirt with a white
designer logo of some kind, black and white shorts extending below the knees
with an unknown pattern.
The suspect vehicle is described as:

a mid-90’s model, possible Ford truck, possibly having an extended or

crew cab, with dull exterior black paint, (possibly a re-paint), and “star” designed
aftermarket chrome wheels. The interior is black with grey cloth seats and an
aftermarket stereo with a green illuminated clock protruding from the dash.
Clothing items and shoes were also seen both in the bed of the truck and behind
the driver and front passenger seats.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is encouraged to
