WORKSHOP FOR EARLY CAREER LANGUAGE TEACHERS K-12 AND THEIR SUPERVISORS 24 and 25 March 2014
The workshop will: provide support in best practice for Early Career Language Teachers K-12 provide assistance to supervisors in mentoring and supporting their Early Career Language Teachers develop ongoing Language teacher networks promote and enhance the delivery of Languages programs in schools.

Languages teachers permanently appointed in 2012, 2013 and 2014 to government schools across all regions are invited to attend the two day Workshop for Early Career Language Teachers K-12 and their Supervisors. Supervisors of new teachers are invited to attend with them on the first day Monday 24 March. Date: Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 March 2014 Time: 8:30am - 4:00pm Venue: Sebel Surry Hills 28 Albion Street Surry Hills Cost: Schools fund teacher relief for two days NSW Learning and Leadership Directorate will pay transport and accommodation costs for non metropolitan participants as needed. Sessions will include: ICT and online Language learning Gaining Accreditation in NSW with NSWIT and AITSL Standards Differentiation in Languages classroom Languages in NSW Update
