DIFFERENCE IN COOKING METHODS OF SARA RIAZ V/S SHAN : (Please give own personal observations from your firsthand experience) Shans method involved adding chillies filled with lemon juice (achar masala mixture) in the curry and heating it before the final dish is ready to eat (cooking chillies with curry) Sara Riazs method involved adding the same chillies filled with Achar masala lemon mixture in the curry right at the end of cooking and leaving them remain uncooked Shans method resulted in the green chillies not only adding flavour to the dish but also looking much more presentable Sara Riazs method resulted in the chillies looking raw, uncooked and unhygienic DIFFERENCE IN THE END RESULT (Rate from 1 4, 1 being the lowest and 4 being the highest)
