PROCESS/INSTRUCTION Start Ensuring the machines, weighing scale, tank, scoop are available, functional & clean Carry out weighing for the Empty white tank Shift the Material onto the pallet & use forklift to elevate the drum above the white tank to pour the Material into the white tank Carry out weighing for the Loaded white tank 3.8 3.5 2. MATERIAL Shift the Loaded white tank using forklift onto the platform Pour the Materal using scoop into the Mixer Machine Set the Mixer Machine and start the mixing process, including adding of water (dilution) Upon mixng completion, channel the Product into Jerry / Drum Perform Packing (Covering of Drum), Labeling & Storage End 4. 4.1 Ensure Mixer Machine & Platform are maintained in condition 4.2 Ensure mixing & weighing area are clean & housekept
