    An email to mt MP Cheryl Galant - the meeting I refer to was rather raucous and the minutes never distributed. This was where I first heard the term Success is Failure; Failure is Success regarding the JPSU. The idea was if we kept on making do, we would never receive assistance, but if we failed, we would - unreal.
