Please find attached a consolidated report of visits to the IPSCs to sit down with the posted in personnel with their comments/concerns/questions and the replies of both this HQ and SMEs as applicable. This report is to be passed to all staff and posted in members with the caveat that these issues are a compilation from three years of work, as this was the first such OC Hour conducted in E ON. These are the policies and procedures in the CF and are to be passed as such to the members. I will be following up with the members by end June 2012 to discuss these points but as usual, if there are concerns, it is important that they are passed up the chain of command quickly in order for a speedy resolution. As a lesson learned from our previous tour, the next time we hold an OC's Hour, the staff and partners will be invited to hopefully resolve issues quicker.
