ca Subject: info JPSU Date: Fri, 23 Nov 2012 13:27:02 -0500 Cheryl I caught the recording of the committee yesterday - just so you know, the ratio of Sect Comd to pers in Petawawa is around 1:45 (around 185 pers posted-in and four Section Commander positions. In order to compensate, they moved a Platoon Warrant Officer position to Petawawa assist at the Section level bringing the ratio to 1:37, but leaving them short one Platoon Warrant Officer. In Ottawa it is 1:70 and they are trying to hire some more people to fill vacant positions, but as mentioned, with this annuitant policy unresolved, people are puling out of the hiring process - eventually the will get someone, but the best for the job (?) I don't know.. Barry
