Dear Prospective Participant,

The Natural Bridge Artisan Festival is a celebration of Appalachian heritage though the
showcasing of mountain crafts, skills, talents cuisine, and more. This festival is a project of the
Natural Bridge Park Association who are dedicated to attracting visitors into the area where they
can enjoy the beautiful scenery, experience mountain traditions, and learn about our mountain
heritage.
We would like to invite you to participate as a vendor in the Natural Bridge Artisan Festival.
Vendor Registration is only $20.00. Please review the information below which summarizes the
regulations, which must be adhered to as a condition of participation in the festival.
Deadline for application is August 11, 2014. Booth registration is first come first served and
applications after deadline will be reviewed and accepted on the basis of space availability.
This is a festival for artisan talents and handmade items, therefore flea market type items are
not allowed.
12 deep by 12 wide spaces are available for $20.00.
Vendors must supply their own tent, chairs, and tables needed for set up. We will try to
accommodate space request; however, we cannot guarantee particular locations.
There will be no electric hook up.
Vendors will be responsible for booth security and cleanliness. Natural Bridge State Park, the
Natural Bridge Park Association and affiliates of the festival will not be liable for any thefts,
damages, or weather conditions.
We assume photographic rights for publicity purposes. If you object to this, please let us know
in writing and submit with your application.
Dates and Times
Friday, August 23 - Booth set up at 2:00pm. Festivities begin at 4:00pm and continue till
8:00pm.
Saturday, August 24 - Festivities begin at 10:00am and continue till 8:00pm.
Sunday, August 24 - Festivities begin at 10:00am and continue till 5:00pm.
