CHICKEN WITH DRIED CHILLI @ KUNG PAO CHICKEN ****

~~bahan- bahan- A~~ 5 keping ayam fillet - dipotong kecil2 2 sudu besar tepung jagung 1 sudu kecil serbuk lada hitam ~~bahan- bahan - B~~ 4 biji cili kering - dipotong kecil2 1 biji bwg besar - dipotong dadu 2 biji bwg putih - dipotong dadu 2 sudu besar kicap pekat 2 sudu besar sos tiram 2 sudu besar sos cili 2 sudu besar sos tomato daun bawang garam- klau dah cukup masin x perlu tambah garam 1 sudu besar tepung jagung- dicampur dgn air untuk memekatkan kuah air

~~cara-cara~~ goreng cili kering hingga sedikit garing angkat dan ketepikan satukan semua bahan2 ! dan gaul rata goreng hingga kekuningan kemudian angkat dan toskan tumis bawang besar dan bwg putih hingga naik bau masukkan semua sos dan kacau sebati masukkan sedikit air biar agak berkuah sedikit setelah itu masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan biarkan kuah agak pekat kacau

kemudian masukkan ayam yg dah digoreng td" daun bawang dan cili kering sebati dan angkat sedia utk dihidang

1/2 tsp corn flour 1 tbsp water

Marinate chicken for 20-)0 minutes* #hallow fr! chicken until fragrant and golden* +rain and set aside* ,eat oil in a wok, fr! dried chillies for )0 seconds* -dd in the rest of the ingredients and the pre-fried chicken* #tir-fr! briskl!, then add thickening* #prinkle with a dash of sesame oil and mi. in cashewnuts before dishing up to serve*
