11 / 2011 - present Undergraduate Research Assistant, Donohue Lab Manipulate bacteria into the overproduction of lipids that could be converted into biofuel. Collect and analyze data from experiments, design PCR primers and protocols, set up assays, interpret results.
4 / 2011 - 12 / 2011 Student Supervisor, Building Services Lead a team of three to four student workers in setting up rooms for group meetings. Developed time-management and delegation skills in a leadership role. Split up work to ensure the timely completion of our expected tasks.

Bring in a different hands-on activity each week with the goal of engaging the students in scientific thinking. First semester focused on engineering activities, current focus on biology and ecology.

Captain, 2014 One of the top programs in the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA). Advanced to regional playoffs all three years, NCBA World Series twice.
