My memory goes back to as early as my grade 7 years when I was given a personal computer and got to communicate with

my family settled abroad through an older version of MSN. On persistent inquiry, my uncle informed me that this wonder was in fact a product of a small startup co-founded by ordinary people like me. That was the starting point of my passion for the field of technology and engineering abstract ideas into material realities. I chose computer sciences for under-graduate taking many basic and advanced courses and working on several projects, which gave me comprehensive exposure to the core areas and strong conceptual understanding of basics of the field. I worked as a teaching assistant for the courses Intro to Programming and OOP using C++. For my final year project I focused on a more alarming problem, of illiteracy, that affected not just me but my society as well. We developed an Android app and a web portal. For my first job I joined Tapinator LLC as a game developer. I saw some room for optimizations. After researching I applied my findings in the form of Design Patterns, occasional culling, DC batching and LODs. Led the development team of Xmas Gift Delivery and delivered the game on time, given tight deadlines. I chose Queens School of Computing for its exceptional faculty, flexible and innovative program, great computing facilities and above all I believe in its motto. I want to take the MSc-CourseWork fulltime, as it offers wide range of courses to choose from. Im driven by the urge of this rapidly growing field of computer science. I want to enhance and apply my knowledge in this industry creating something elegant. Im grateful to the admission committee for considering my application and hope that Im given a chance to pursue my ambition. Please note that I do not need any type of financial subsidy from the university as I can muster enough resources to self-finance my studies.
