The Brooklyn Technical High School Operation Smile Student Club, also known as O.S.S.C., is a charity club that works with Operation Smile. Operation Smile is a worldwide charity that specializes in cleft lip and facial deformities. In this club, you help raise awareness and donations to support the generous work of Operation Smile for children around the world. Since 1982, Operation Smile has provided more than 2 million patient evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults who were born with cleft lips, cleft plates and various other facial deformities. This is only possible because of the donations people help raise and with the help of dedicated medical volunteers.
