Maple Cupcakes
baking powder cup sugar cup butter, softened 2 eggs 2 Tbs. maple syrup cup milk Frosting cup butter, softened 3 Tbs. maple syrup 2 Tbs. milk 3 cups powdered sugar Directions Preheat oven to 350. Line 12 muffin cups with paper muffin liners. Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl and mix well. Beat sugar and cup butter in a large bowl with electric mixer (medium speed) until light and fluffy. Add eggs and 2 Tbs maple syrup. Beat until well blended. Add flour mixture and cup milk. Beat on low just until combined. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool slightly, then remove to wire rack and cool completely. Beat cup butter, 3 Tbs maple syrup and 2 Tbs milk in large bowl, on low speed 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Frost cupcakes and enjoy!
