Arrange seating- change the students seat once in a while Recognize individual differences- instructions can be varied from one student to another Encourage the students- motivate and emotionally support the students to learn (meet outside of the classroom), fun activities Set rules and regulation Establish expectation Make yourself available- emotionally engaged and connected to the students. Come before class and stay after class

in cultural beliefs

Learn about the value systems of students from background different from my own (what are they practising, what they consider important) As a teacher, we should reflect on these differences and embrace each of it. Make other students understand and not giving any negative remarks on other races.
